Join CRWA for the 40th Run of the Charles paddling race at DCR’s Artesani/Herter Park! Experience live music, family paddling races, food trucks, and more. Over 1,200 canoe, kayak, and SUP enthusiasts from the US and Canada compete in various races, including the 14-Mile Relay Race, and 9-, 6-, and 3-mile races. Races start in Brighton and Newton, winding through Watertown, Waltham, and Cambridge, before concluding at Herter/Artesani Park in Brighton. Spectators can enjoy the festivities along the riverbanks. All skill levels welcome
