What do you like most about the Boston Harbor Hotel?

I love how each day brings new challenges.  We get to interact with such a wide variety of people and that keeps the job both fun and exciting.  We are so lucky to come to work in such a beautiful building.  We often take it for granted, and from time to time we should step back and look at things with “fresh” eyes like we did the first time we came here.

Family Life

The Boston Harbor Hotel has become my family.

“It is such a cliché thing to say; this place is more like a family than a job, but it is true.  I spend more time at the Boston Harbor Hotel than anywhere else and have come to consider my co-workers as an extended family.  Over the years we have experienced it all, both happy and sad but we experienced it all together.”
